IMCA Web Site Top Ten

IMCA is pleased to announce the launch of its new Web site. The more-efficient and user-friendly site allows IMCA members to conduct a greater amount of business online, and the Web site communicates directly with IMCA’s new membership database.

Check out the “top ten” new and improved aspects of the site:

    1. “My IMCA” functionality allows users to customize their Web experience. Now members can check continuing education (CE) credits, view membership status, track financial transactions with IMCA, update profile information, manage member benefits, register for conferences or other events, check out the Legislative Network, and access the membership directory and many other “members only” benefits. Online renewal is simple.
    2. Updated design and navigation that conforms to Web best practices. Vital information is only a click or two away. Enhanced navigation and search functionality allows you to find what you need quickly and conveniently.
    3. An “ideas” section that features compelling, relevant articles for investment consultants and wealth managers. This content is updated monthly using repackaged Investments & Wealth Monitor articles or new articles identified by a sub-committee of the Monitor.
    4. Consumer content now is being integrated into the new Web site, offered to consumers under the “resources” section. Find a CIMA/CIMC now is easily accessible from any page in the site.
    5. IMCA conference registration is one click away from virtually any page on the site, always keeping fresh CE offers front and center for members.
    6. Every online transaction generates an automatic e-mail confirmation for users, with a link to “My IMCA” where a transaction receipt can be downloaded. Regular communications with members will be tracked and sent by the database system, allowing members to customize their experience.
    7. A newly redesigned and reengineered eNews, IMCA’s members-only electronic newsletter, now will interact more fully with the Web site, offering a brief synopsis of each article by e-mail and the full content online.
    8. Journal of Investment Consulting and Investments & Wealth Monitor articles easily can be browsed online. Members can download Monitor articles at no cost and nonmembers can pay a fee to access the information.
    9. Enhanced content and options for industry suppliers and media contacts. The resources section offers a greater breadth of information for all IMCA stakeholders.
    10. The designations pages are designed to quickly and effectively answer questions about IMCA designations, positioning IMCA more firmly as offering the premier investment consulting and wealth management designations and world class educational offerings.
